2K Fun Run

Athletic activity for runners of all ages and abilities!

CDF 2K is an opportunity for runners of all ages and abilities (and their families!) to get involved with the Cardiff 10K. It takes place on the same day, before the main race.

So, dig out your best fancy dress, drag along the rest of your family and friends and enjoy the day. Expect a vibrant atmosphere and loads of support from the crowd. Race entry includes an awesome finishers medal plus chip timing, meaning you can check out your official time after the race.

We encourage people to run for our lead charity Kidney Wales.

Registration closes on Sunday 25 August at midnight. Anyone registering after the 13 August will not receive a race pack in the post, and will need to collect their race bib from the Event Village on the morning of the race.

What is an ‘accompanying adult’ entry?

Adults who wish to accompany their children during the Fun Run (under 8s must be accompanied) but do not wish to receive finishers items or an official result can purchase a cheaper ‘accompanying adult’ entry for £3. This option is available when completing the child’s registration form.

How fit do you have to be to complete the course?
