How to offset the negative effects that an office job can have on your running? Is your running injury caused by sitting at your desk all day? This workshop, presented by physiotherapist and sports massage therapist Loretta Daley, will show you how to prevent injuries and enhance your running experience.

About Loretta Daley

Loretta Daley has thirteen years experience as a Sports Massage Therapist. She qualified in 2007 and has 65 marathons under her belt! Both in marathons and ultra marathons. She is able to connect with your problems and queries and specialises in treating runners with a range of injuries and will give you helpful advice on kit, training and nutrition. Using a combination of Sports Massage and Physiotherapy, Loretta will help with exercising towards re-balancing those sore muscles and then go on to use massage that will help to get rid of tightness in the muscles and its connective tissue. Loretta is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health Professionals Council.
